What Can We Embroider?

We offer embroidery services on the following medical uniforms and other garments:

  • Scrub tops, scrub jackets, fleece, sweatshirts, t-shirts, lab coats, bags, backpacks, Christmas stockings, hats, beanies, blankets, polos, work shirts and more!
  • We are UNABLE to embroider on letterman jackets due to their thickness.
  • Please Note: As of October 2024, we are no longer offering embroidery services on items from the following brands: Figs, Jannuu, Fabletics, or Medelita.

Logo Embroidery prices typically range from $10 – $20 per garment, before tax.
Pricing is based on the number of stitches (size of the logo) and the number of color changes.

New Logos

  • If you have a logo that is already digitized, it must be a .DST file to run on our embroidery machines. We will also need the correct color sequence for your logo from your digitizer.
  • If you would like us to send your logo to be digitized, the one-time fee is $65 plus tax. We would need either a .jpg, .png, or .pdf image of your logo. Please see Digitizing Timeline information below.

Digitizing Timeline

  • Once your logo image is sent off to the digitizer, we typically see the digitized file return to us within 3-4 business days. We will then do a preliminary stitch-out or “proof” of the logo on some scrap fabric.
  • We will email you the image of your logo stitch-out. We suggest that you come in to view the stitch-out in person, as the thread colors look different in person than they do photographed or scanned in. At that time, you may make any changes to colors, size, etc.
  • Any changes to your logo that cannot be made in-house will require a digitization edit, resulting in an editing fee of $25.
  • We will have you OK the stitch-out before we embroider any of your items.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we send your logo for digitizing to the time we send you your logo stitch-out.
